1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
10 Oreo cookies, crushed
½ cup white chocolate chips
For Decoration (Optional):
Additional crushed Oreos or whipped cream
Instructions
-
Make the Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor, then mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
-
Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips, then spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
-
Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 5 hours or overnight for the best results.
-
Decorate and Serve: Before serving, top the cheesecake with additional crushed Oreos or whipped cream for decoration. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Chocolate Version: For a deeper chocolate flavor, swap regular Oreos for chocolate-flavored Oreos in both the crust and filling.
Toppings: Drizzle chocolate ganache or caramel sauce on top for added sweetness and a beautiful presentation.
