This No Bake Patriotic Cheesecake is a festive and easy dessert featuring red, white, and blue layers perfect for the 4th of July, Memorial Day, or any celebration. Ingredients
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
2+ cups cool whip
Red and blue gel food dye
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup each red, white, and blue candy melts
2 tablespoons shortening or coconut oil (optional, for smoothing candy melts)
Patriotic sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions

Line and lightly grease a 6-inch springform pan.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in cool whip.

Divide mixture into 3 parts: color one red, one blue, and leave one white.

Spoon dollops of each color onto the crust and smooth out evenly.
