Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Mixture:

1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Coatings:

Melted chocolate (dark, milk, or white)

Chopped nuts, cocoa powder, or powdered sugar


Instructions

  • Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and softened unsalted butter. Mix until smooth and well-blended. Stir in vanilla extract.

  • Shape the Balls: Scoop small portions of the peanut butter mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
