Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
½ cup whole milk
½ cup water
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp salt
1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup Nutella
½ tbsp confectioners’ sugar
Instructions

Make Batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add milk and water, mixing until smooth. Add melted butter and salt.

Cook Crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil it, then pour in ¼ cup of batter, swirling to coat. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.

Fill Crepes: Spread Nutella on one half of each crepe. Fold in half, then again into quarters or roll up.

Top and Serve: Plate with berries and dust with confectioners’ sugar. Serve warm.
