Description

This Matcha Iced Latte is a refreshing, energizing beverage that blends the earthy flavor of matcha with the creamy texture of plant-based milk. Sweetened to your liking, it’s a delicious, antioxidant-packed drink perfect for a healthy pick-me-up or a coffee alternative. Simple, quick, and customizable!


Ingredients

1 cup plant milk (coconut or soy recommended)

1 teaspoon matcha powder

A small pinch of salt

12 teaspoons sweetener of choice (agave, maple syrup, honey, or 12 pitted dates)

23 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)


Instructions

  • In a small bowl or cup, add the matcha powder and a pinch of salt.

  • Pour the 2-3 tablespoons of hot water over the matcha powder and whisk until smooth and fully dissolved.

  • In a separate glass, add the plant milk and sweetener of your choice. Stir to combine.

  • Add the matcha mixture to the glass with plant milk and stir well.

  • Add ice cubes and stir to chill.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing iced latte!

Notes

This recipe makes 1 serving of iced matcha latte.

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetener according to taste.

Use almond, oat, or any plant-based milk of your choice.
