Ingredients
1 cup plant milk (coconut or soy recommended)
1 teaspoon matcha powder
A small pinch of salt
1–2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (agave, maple syrup, honey, or 1–2 pitted dates)
2–3 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)
Instructions

In a small bowl or cup, add the matcha powder and a pinch of salt.

Pour the 2-3 tablespoons of hot water over the matcha powder and whisk until smooth and fully dissolved.

In a separate glass, add the plant milk and sweetener of your choice. Stir to combine.
