Ingredients
⅓ cup (80 g) Homemade or store-bought peanut butter
½ cup (120 g) Maple syrup
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups (480 ml) Milk of your choice (almond, soy, oat, etc.)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cups (180 g) Rolled oats
¼ cup (30 g) Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Ground flaxseed (optional)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
⅓ cup (60 g) Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line or grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.

Stir in the milk, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, ground flaxseed (if using), and baking powder. Mix well.

Fold in chocolate chips if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Optionally, sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.

Notes
Use sunflower seed butter to make it nut-free.
Oat flour can be used in place of rolled oats for a smoother texture.
