Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bar)
- 2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
- Orange slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
