Ingredients
For the Chicken:
1½ pounds chicken breasts
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Grated Parmesan cheese
Breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the Potatoes:
2 pounds red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese

For the Green Beans:
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Prep Potatoes: Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread on a large sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Prep Chicken: Toss chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. After potatoes bake, move them to one side of the pan and place chicken in the center.

Add Green Beans: Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, and optional Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on the remaining third of the pan.

Bake: Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C) and veggies are tender.

Optional Broil: Broil for 3–4 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
