Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough onto a flat surface, spreading it into a rectangular shape.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough up into a tight log. Pinch the edges to seal the roll.
  7. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each roll.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the pizza rolls cool slightly before serving. Optionally, brush with additional melted butter or sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese for a finishing touch.
