Description

These Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies are a peanut butter and chocolate lover’s dream. Soft, chewy, and loaded with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces, these cookies offer the perfect balance of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate. Ideal for satisfying your sweet cravings!

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  • Cream the butter and peanut butter: In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

  • Add sugars and egg: Mix in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg until fully incorporated.

  • Form the dough: Gradually add the flour to the mixture, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain a soft texture.

  • Add Reese’s pieces: Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or Reese’s Pieces, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

  • Scoop and bake: Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Space the cookies about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and the centers are slightly soft.

  • Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Serve: Once cooled, enjoy your Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes

Add chocolate chips for extra chocolate flavor.

For more peanut butter, use larger chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

You can swap Reese’s with other candy like Snickers or M&Ms.
