Description

This refreshing Cold Pressed Golden Mango Juice blends the natural sweetness of mango, pineapple, and oranges with the earthy warmth of turmeric, creating a nutrient-packed, vitamin-boosting drink. Ideal for hot summer days or anytime you need a healthful pick-me-up, this cold-pressed juice is raw, refined sugar-free, and full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.


Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes

1/2 pineapple

2 fresh oranges

1-inch piece of fresh turmeric

Tajin (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks. Cut the mangoes and scoop out the flesh.

  • Peel the oranges and prepare the turmeric.

  • Alternate adding the fruits and turmeric into a cold-press juicer.

  • Wet the edges of serving glasses with orange juice, then dip them in tajin for garnish.

  • Add ice cubes to the glasses, pour the juice, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of citrus or add more mango and pineapple.

You can substitute oranges with lemon, lime, or grapefruit for a citrus twist.

If you don’t have a cold-press juicer, blend the ingredients and strain them through cheesecloth for a smooth juice.

This juice can be frozen in ice cube trays for future use.
