Ingredients
1 lb deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
8–12 provolone cheese slices
Slider buns
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.

Spread half of the horseradish sauce over the buns, then top with half of the cheese slices.

Layer the roast beef on top of the cheese, then drizzle with the remaining horseradish sauce.

Add another layer of cheese and top with the other half of the slider buns.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Notes
Swap provolone cheese for Swiss, Havarti, or Muenster for variety.
For a twist, try adding mustard, caramelized onions, or a sprinkle of garlic powder.
