Description

These Roast Beef Sliders with Horseradish Sauce are the ultimate party appetizer or game day snack. Tender roast beef, provolone cheese, and a creamy, spicy horseradish sauce are nestled between soft slider buns, making each bite irresistible. Easy to prepare and packed with bold flavors, these sliders are sure to be a crowd favorite at any gathering.


Ingredients

1 lb deli roast beef (thinly sliced)

812 provolone cheese slices

Slider buns

1/4 cup horseradish sauce


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.

  • Spread half of the horseradish sauce over the buns, then top with half of the cheese slices.

  • Layer the roast beef on top of the cheese, then drizzle with the remaining horseradish sauce.

  • Add another layer of cheese and top with the other half of the slider buns.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Swap provolone cheese for Swiss, Havarti, or Muenster for variety.

For a twist, try adding mustard, caramelized onions, or a sprinkle of garlic powder.
