Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 cup green beans, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
3 cups mashed cauliflower
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion, carrots, and green beans to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.

Stir in the tomato paste and dried thyme, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
