Description

Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are a low-carb, gluten-free snack that combines the creamy richness of spinach dip with the crispiness of baked cheese. Perfect for parties, game nights, or keto-friendly snacking, these cheesy bites are quick to make, packed with flavor, and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

  • Flatten each into a disc shape.

  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each disc.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.

  • Let cool on the baking sheet briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Swap in frozen spinach (well-drained) if fresh isn’t available.

For extra crunch, bake a few minutes longer, watching closely.

Use parchment paper or silicone mats to prevent sticking.

These crisps are naturally keto and gluten-free.
