Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

Flatten each into a disc shape.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each disc.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.

Let cool on the baking sheet briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Swap in frozen spinach (well-drained) if fresh isn’t available.
For extra crunch, bake a few minutes longer, watching closely.
Use parchment paper or silicone mats to prevent sticking.
