Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package strawberry kisses (or any strawberry-flavored chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  3. Beat in the egg, followed by vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).

  8. Remove from the oven and immediately press a strawberry kiss into the center of each cookie.
