Ingredients

45 cups chopped broccoli crowns

3 clementines, segmented

For the Dressing:

2 tablespoons tamari

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

½ teaspoon turmeric

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Water, if needed, to thin


Instructions
