Ingredients

For the Batter:

For the Cauliflower:

For the Nashville Hot Sauce:

Cayenne pepper

Smoked paprika

Garlic powder

Black pepper

Brown sugar

Hot sauce

Oil or aquafaba (for oil-free version)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk together batter ingredients until smooth.

  3. Coat cauliflower florets in batter and arrange them on the baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden.

  5. Mix Nashville hot sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

  6. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce and return to baking sheet.

  7. Bake for another 10 minutes to set the sauce.

Notes
