Ingredients

1 watermelon (seedless is best)

1 cup water (or coconut water for a healthier option)


Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into quarters and remove the rind. Cube the watermelon into small chunks.

  • Add the watermelon cubes into a blender or food processor.

  • Add water (or coconut water) to the blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Optional: Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother consistency.

  • Pour the juice into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.

  • Serve over ice, and enjoy!

Notes

Use coconut water instead of regular water for a more tropical flavor and added hydration.

For a refreshing twist, add fresh mint leaves while blending the juice.
