Description

Zero Carb Yogurt Bread is a low-carb, keto-friendly bread made with Greek yogurt and eggs. Perfect for anyone on a low-carb, gluten-free, or ketogenic diet, this bread is quick to make and incredibly versatile—ideal for toast, sandwiches, or a simple side dish.


Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Grease or line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.

  4. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes
