After earning a degree in education, I spent 15 years teaching middle school. But no matter how busy my classroom got, food always remained at the heart of my life. I found myself weaving cooking and nutrition lessons into my curriculum, sparking a new passion for teaching others how to prepare wholesome, delicious meals.
