Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise/sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo/sour cream) with Dijon mustard and garlic.
  • Stir in fresh dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  • Add salt and sugar (if using), then mix until smooth.
