Ground Beef Teriyaki Ramen is a quick, savory, and satisfying meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Ground beef, homemade teriyaki sauce, ramen noodles, and broccoli come together in under 20 minutes for a delicious Asian-inspired dinner. Full of flavor, easy to make, and comforting, this one-pan meal is sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (85/15)

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1/4 cup white wine (or sake)

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup mirin

1/2 cup light soy sauce

2 packets ramen (discard seasoning packet)

8 ounces broccoli florets

Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a heavy skillet on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.

  • Add minced garlic and ginger to the beef, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  • Stir in white wine, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce. Let the mixture reduce on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, until thickened and reduced by half.

  • While the sauce reduces, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (1 minute shy of the recommended time) and steam broccoli for 1-2 minutes in the microwave.

  • Add the cooked ramen and steamed broccoli to the skillet, tossing them with the beef and teriyaki sauce until well coated.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap ground beef with ground chicken, turkey.

Boost the nutritional value by adding more vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or snap peas.

Add a fried egg or drizzle chili oil for an extra flavor kick.
