Perfect for parties, gatherings, or a sweet home treat, this dessert is sure to be a crowd favorite. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy, it’s a heavenly dessert that combines all your favorite flavors in one bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (and ingredients required on the box)
  • 2 bags mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 4 cups 2% cold milk
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz each)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownies: Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie mix as directed and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Once baked, allow the brownies to cool completely. Cut them into small squares and set aside.
  • Make the pudding mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
  • Prepare the peanut butter layer: In a separate bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold this mixture into the prepared pudding until fully combined.
  • Assemble the dessert: In a large trifle dish or glass bowl, layer the brownie squares at the bottom. Spoon half of the peanut butter pudding mixture over the brownies and spread evenly.
  • Add Reese’s cups: Chop up the mini Reese’s peanut butter cups and sprinkle half of them over the pudding layer.
  • Layer again: Add another layer of brownie squares, followed by the remaining peanut butter pudding mixture, and top with the rest of the Reese’s cups.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow all the layers to set and flavors to meld.
  • Serve: Once chilled, scoop out the dessert into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add Whipped Cream: Top each serving with whipped cream for extra creaminess.
  • Use Chocolate Pudding: For a richer dessert, swap the vanilla instant pudding for chocolate.
  • More Peanut Butter: Add an extra swirl of peanut butter on top for a more intense peanut butter flavor.
  • Mini Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips between the layers for added texture.
